    Good afternoon.
Just reporting from the SUNNY SOUTH(tm.)
I have spent the last few hours in the Garden, tidying and such. I love the sun.
Only problem being I also like playing the 360, oh what to do.

Does everyone on here have a garden and if so do they enjoy just pottering around in it, or is just my age ?

I hate my garden. I have to go to the local arboretum if I want to enjoy the sun. Sitting in my garden in the sunny weather is like sitting in the only oasis in a chav-infested desert.

    It's lovely here too! \0/
Which is a bit of a bummer as our new IT building has broken aircon and i've already said that if it's not fixed by the summer i'll spend the day bouncing baseballs off the wall like in The Great Escape.

    I bloody will too! :(

I'm working in Waterlooville down South and the only thing keeping me sane is the air-con in the office. Doesn't help that the girls downstairs in Reception have the heating on most of time.

    Hi fella
I feel your pain. I live in a terrace area, but it is one or the more pleasant ones. Very qt and relaxing.
I do like the term Oasis in a chav-infested desert, I will endeavour to use daily.

Make the most of it before the snow.

Oh and nice part of Portsmouth isn't that an oxymoron?

16 I.T. people in a room each of us with 2 PCs at least.
Guess how hot it gets even in winter? Summer's going to be a complete 'mare. :(
I don't have a garden but there's a public park two doors down i can go to. Oh! Wait! It's full of concrete paving and tarmac because they're doing work on the road for 3 months.

    Great.

I've just managed to totally demotivate myself. Sod it! I'm going to play BerkelyGaiden instead.

This must be some new meaning of the word "great" that I'm not familiar with.

    The Tricorn Centre is lovely.

And my first gig was Primal Scream at The Guildhall in '93.

Sir you are mistaken if you mean we are not "great"
The greatest author of all time wrote and practiced here and kept goal for Pompey and played for the cricket team, can you better that!

    * that said I do concede is has a lot of the problems any massively over populated City in England has.

    OH YEAH!

My gaming addiction started in the arcades on Southsea front. It was horrible to go back a few years later to find everything had shrunk and got quieter.
