I had one last night. Very strange. But at wok and will take time to explain. But it had Nicole Kidman in it. And no, it wasn't dirty.

edit: will give details later. But she was evil in this dream.

I had a funny one and was startled awake at around half 4 last night.
The short version is a few workmates and a large Meteor crashing not far away. I had the idea to jump in the conveniently located Pond/lake/deepish body of water. We all jumped in and thats when I woke...
    Freaked me out.
I duly spent the next hour or so wandering if jumping into the water was a good idea. The Meteor was pretty close and it led me to think and radiation blast (?) may have boiled the water we had just jumped into.
So my question. Was jumping into the water a good idea? Would we have been boiled alive? how the hell do you survive a close'ish Meteor strike...

The other night I dreamt these 8 y/o blonde twins that live on my road broke in and stole my ipad. I have this kinda funny image of one of them running down the road with it held aloft his head.

Last night I dreamt I got to work and there was a Fight Club style bare knuckle ding dong going on between a couple of my workmates. Bizarre, was quite disappointed to find two old geezers sipping shite coffee when I got to work this morning.

Okay this is deadly serious, I had a dream the other night and this guy in my dream had a tattoo of a toothpaste tube on his chin (wtf?) and I made the incredibly witty joke of "you've got toothpaste on your chin".

See, I'm hilarious in dreams as well!

....I dreamt it was Christmas and we were going to visit my grandad. But his house looked and smelt strange. He was in bed and there were railings around the outside and a small potted christmas tree on a dresser next to him. Then I realised it was a ward. The next morning, my parents called to say my Grandad had had a stroke and that he was in the hospital.

I had a similar dream about my gran. I woke up filled with dread, like you do after strange dreams, but this was something else. I wouldn't go downstairs because I didn't want to see my parents. When I finally went down they told me my gran had died that night.

I don't believe in stuff like this, so I can only think it was a massive coincidence orrr I somehow overheard someone while I was partly asleep. It was so fucking wierd though.

I always have dreams where I'm running away from someone or something and no matter how fast I go I can't get away. The thing I'm trying to get away from never speeds though. It will remain the same speed regardless of how fast I am going yet never get any nearer or further away.

lol, thats quite funny....what'd the guy say?

been better if he said..."yeah? and you've got a cock on your forehead" and you had a tattoo of a peen on your head.

Woulda been a nice twist, go eat more cheese and finish the story I'm intrigued :)
I don't know!! That's the annoying thing with dreams, you only remember snippets. Be great if you could "bookmark" them to return to each night! Though toothpaste guy wouldn't be top of my list ;)

I dream about zombies and apocalyptic events all the time. The zombie ones are incredibly real. A lot of dreams are a bit fuzzy and change a lot but the zombie ones just go on for ages and ages, never anything bad or scary just a lot of zombie smashing.

Oh wait the other night I dreamed about boobies and bums. Which was really nice and a lot better than zombies I can tell you.

I do that sometimes, and Predators too...very weird. I'm sure at 32 I should be dreaming about power tools and supercars.

I keep having dreams with a recurring theme with a yellow car in it crashing into Shoreham harbour. I'm usually in the car. I've been having dreams of car crash drowning for 30 years or so now. I usually wake up struggling to breathe and flailing my limbs.

I have difficulty sleeping but when I do sleep well my dreams are really vivid and memorable. I get loads of deja vu triggered by locations or events that I dreamt, I don't hold with any view that their premonitions or any of that bollocks, nor that their self fulfilling but I had some years of counselling and spent many sessions describing my dreams so it can get to the point where I can go to somewhere new and when this deja vu happens I can describe a fair part of the dream.

Rather annoyingly I often have conversations in my dreams with friends that died years ago, or pets from a young age feature quite heavily in them.

I had a fucked up dream last night. What happened was my brother suggested skipping school with his friend. When he got back later on he was extremely upset though, he said he'd run into a gang that were after his friend (some past issue they had or something) and the gang had killed his friend in front of him. He couldn't do anything to stop it and was in constant streams of tears about it and blamed himself. I tried my best to console him.

It wasn't really a nice dream to have but thankfully nothing like that has happened in real life, although he has been attacked before by a few people himself.

I had a dream recently where I had to take my cat to the pier for some sort of exhibition, but obviously the cat would get away so I decided to swallow it so I could transport it in my stomach safely and regurgitate it when needed. The cat didn't mind at all; it seemed quite content in my stomach.

It's not a good omen that I was the last person who posted in this thread, but the dream I had last night was so strange that I may put myself in for a lobotomy.

Anyway my dream last night started with me playing in a Black Sabbth tribute band (it may have actually been Black Sabbath) at some sort of festival. We were playing quite badly and the crowd were not into it at all. I was so nonplussed that I spent the entire duration of one song talking to the roadies who were congregating in a kitchen with some dinnerladies. I have no idea why the wings of the stage connected directly to a kitchen.

Either way I returned to the stage to play the next song and Coolio appeared at the side of the stage, he pulled out a gun and started firing at the band and the audience. His shots only grazed my arm and I thought: "it's only a flesh wound, I can keep playing." At this point Carol McGiffin from Loose Women appeared and her and Coolio began snogging passionately, clearly in celebration of Coolio's shooting.

At this point an unknown assailant (possibly Coolio) grabbed me from behind and slit my throat. I stumbled offstage, through the kitchen, gargling for help as I went, to the outside where there was an ambulance. I banged on the door but there was noone inside. I then realised that the ambulance was in the car park of a small hospital (right behind the festival stage), so I stumbled toward the hospital. It was at this point that I woke up.

I've been having some weird dreams recently but I never write them down in time to remember them properly...

Anyone have dreams where they beat up old friends?...just me then. Sometimes you punch but again in dreams it's just like running, your punches hold no weight but sometimes when i've been fighting in dreams i've really gone to town on someone and it felt so real and there was no floaty bullshit, just pure fightclub style fighting.

Have had the zombie dreams a few times, they appear in my house then i'm able to jump over my bannister, roll down the stairs and out the front door but i can never run away fast enough.

Last night i had a dream that i was in some appartment building and outside the window there was this ledge that went out abit that had gravel stones on it etc but aload of my cd's and dvd's were laying out there so i had to crawl on my stomach, and throw them back into my room while being about 1000ft high and bloody hell it felt real.

I've noticed that if i've been smoking for a fairly long period of time(weed) then have a break from it, the following weeks are filled with crazy vivid dreams but i love em and sometimes thats the best part about coming off the stuff apart from the other obvious health benefits.

I often lose my teeth in dreams. One will be wobbly and when I move it it just falls out. Then the next one and so on until I'm toothless. They're the only dreams I ever remember too.

Dreams don't often bother me, apart from the clever ones where they make me think I've woken up. I haven't, but I really think I have, then something terrifying happens, which is more so, because I believe I'm awake at the time. Cheers for those little nuggets brain :D
