Quality stuff from the Star Wreck crew. Didn't enjoy Star Wreck but appreciated the effort involved for an internet feature film.
This, however, looks superb! I'd kill for a cinematic release \o/ -

Just watched a bit of Star Wreck.. I can never quite put my finger on why, but pretty much every 'internet indie movie' makes me cringe the entire time. Maybe it's the acting, maybe it's the fact everybody looks like they are the guys flat mates who got roped into doing it, I dunno. Something just feels tacky about them.
Hope they get some proper actors in for this one

Registered 11 years agoWent to the premier screening of this one. I thought it was pretty great! Nice blend of comedy, satire and flat out pulp silliness. -

Registered 16 years agoSaw it last week... not bad TBH. A lot of geeky references make you smile. Special effects are also pretty well done (with only a 10m euro budget).
It is very politically incorrect in many ways... I wonder if this will be released in the US.

There will probably be grief from those who hated the first one, but if you liked it I think this one might tickle your fancy, too. As someone who helped with the script funding (didn't read it as I don't really want spoil the whole film for myself), I've just had an early look at the teaser trailer which is released tonight, lets just say I'm now in at the early bird blu-ray level.

1. Every time someone dies.
2. Every time someone should die but they don’t.
3. Every time you see a monster.
4. Every time you should see a monster but you don’t because of tricky
camera techniques or because it end up just being their friend.
5. Every time there’s bad acting (in some films this could cause serious
health issues).
6. Every time some one says a corny line i.e. “Did someone call the
exterminators?” Or, “I’ll knock you back to last century”.
7. Every time some one makes a completely illogical comment or decision
for the benefit of the plot i.e. “let’s split up, we can cover more ground that way”.
8. Every time you can predict what a character is about to say or a plot twist.
9. Every time you get an unnecessary shot of a woman’s breasts or behind.
(Shower scenes require you to finish your drink.)
10. Every time someone is running away from the bad guy who is slowly
walking after them but somehow making ground.

Nice trailer. But the first one had a nice trailer too.
Also, why in fuck is the Sarah Palin knockoff still in the film? She was barely relevant when the first one came out; now it looks even more outdated.
