Super-fast for me, but that's because I have a shitload of work to do, so the clock runs down without me even thinking.

Surely 'fast' and 'slow' days are just based on the ability of your brain to keep occupied?

Hmm, day of 2 halves for me.

Morning, quick, got stuck into my calls and generally got on with it as it kills time.

Afternoon, after a swift sunny pint, the day went a bit slower, still did my fair share, but the last 2 hours were a drag esp. when you have numpties on the fuckin' phone that couldn't find their C:\ if it was their arse and they had both hands down the back of their pants.

I usually work night shifts, where I have a checklist for the standard things that have to be done. Doesn't matter when you do it, as long you finish this list before your shift is over.

When I'm not feel like working, I do these things at the last possible moment. When I do feel like working, I do it as quickly as possible.

The irony is that time goes much faster when I'm not feel like working. Because then I look at the clock to see how much time I still have to finish my list, in stead of how much time I have to wait when I'm done with it.

    edit: typo

Of course, this is not always the case. But certainly most of the 'time'.
