56 orders in total. They were godsent after I moved back from the UK to Belgium. There's hardly eny e-tailers here and the few there are aren't that good price wise. It was usually cheaper to buy from Play with free shipping. Last 2 or 3 orders I tried to place though they threw up "we can't dispatch this item outside of the UK" though. For some really silly things too. I'll have to find a new place to source games/boks/DVDs from the UK then. |

X-Men: Special Edition (2000) (Region 1 DVD)
Sold by Play.com
Dispatched 11 Dec 2000
They were THE place to use for import DVDs when the players first came out and dirt cheap too.
Last order was 2006 mind so been while!
It's funny seeing all the early DVD player adopters here who must have paid through the nose for their machines!

Weirdly that was my first order from Play as well, on 17th Jan 2004. I thought I ordered from them before then but apparently not.

Registered 13 years agoPerhaps what is most disturbing is looking through those lists of purchases and working out how much of that stuff has never been used/played.
I have just done that and there was a staggering £496.50 of unplayed games(that wasn't even including unwatched dvd's or unplayed cd's).
What a monumental waste...

Looking at my recent orders I have actually used them a lot more this year than I thought, mostly CDs and daily deals, the 32gig USB sticks for 9 quid were great. -

They're both Cyberpunk 2020 tie in novels (not a bad read IIRC), so say I'm eager to see the Cyberpunk 2070 trailer is an understatement. -

being a bit thick here, are Play.com going to stop selling directly via the website ? will they have a website anymore ?
Cheers -
