    Final Fantasy XI?

I'm not sure TBH but I'm as interested as you are. I think the general response will be something along the lines of the fact that most PC JRPG games can be err risque...

    Not sure :p

Well I have FF VII & VIII, not so much XI as I don't like the idea of paying to play I have already paid for. VIII Looks absolutely crap though (prefer it on my PS2). I tend to spend more time playing on my PC than I do the consoles, and I was wondering.

Thanks about the Legend of Heroes (well one of) info RM2KMaster, willl look into that

If you can wait to see if they can find a server host in Europe, Concerto Gate is a free-to-play MMORPG.

    In conjunction with Square-Enix.

    Alternatively, Asda Story.

    Except IX.

Then What's the point? Best ending to a Final Fantasy game EVER!

    It's alright.

As good as BOF1/2. (Although quite slow and from what I remember a few boring minigames).

You can get Grandia 2 for PC, though I can't vouch for it aside from its ability to sit on my shelf and not be played

Does that require a permanent Internet connection to play?

My gaming PC isn't connected, because of viruses & spyware shit.

I shouldn't think so, it's pretty old. I'll check the box now.

Nope. Not sure what game you're thinking of, this one's fully single-player. It's also kind of old, too, but since JRPGs are pretty much stuck in the early 90s I doubt anyone'd notice (aside from the graphics, which seem alright)

Septerra Core (good luck finding it; I only played a demo years ago, so can't tell you much about it).

Aveyond is quite good, despite RPGMaker provenance. There's a sequel, but I've not had time to look at that.

Since what little there is is either old or kinda retro, you might as well just emulate - SNES and PSX are both drowning in the things.
