Got more drunk than I expected, ended up in a (very slightly, but still embarrassing) situation: -3
Bureaucratic shit I had to deal with: -1
Feel depressed for some inexplicable reason even though I have a lot to be happy about and little to feel bad about -3

Successfully flashed my new phone first time to remove the shitty Orange firmware. Forgot I'd copied all my contacts from the SIM to the phone - lost the lot. Fuck. Schoolboy error. This still counts as Friday, right? 2/10

For the past month or so, alcohol has suddenly started making me feel consistently depressed.

I don't know why, exactly - lately I've just been feeling blue for no apparent reason. Worst thing is; it impacts my behaviour - I'm a confident guy and yet lately I've been second-guessing myself in every situation and engaging in an unhealthy amount of introspection... all the friggin' time.

And I don't know what the hell is wrong!

In any case, I don't want to be a buzzkill so ...WOOOO ALCOHOL

Not a good day at the office. Just too much to think about and me getting tired and worried. Slight bump towards the end of the day when playing and getting high scores on Gitaroo Man.

Alarm at 7am..
Showered, running late for my bike CBT (training)
Arrived late by almost half an hour..but it was okay!
Didn't get on with it that well, the other person didn't at all and dropped out, but then I finally got on the road and was fine!
Passed!
Looked at bikes!
Found out my friend from Copenhagen can come down in my holiday from work!
My other friend is coming from Oxford just before my friend from Copenhagen!
Haagen-Dazs!
Utterly knackered.

Saw Childsplay for the first time
It was shit
Saw a bag I wanted in Accessorize but it was too dear
Found the same bag on ebay for a third of the price and snapped it up
Made shortbread
But it turned out yucky so I'll have to do it again with a different recipe
It was Rutty's turn to cook
But the chicken turned out a bit chewy
The weather was lovely
The electrics at work went all screwy so the server was shut down and I got caught up on loads of boring filing, which is good
I didn't get any abuse from asshole drivers while cycling (for a change)

Pretty boring day really. 6/10

Good day. No work today, nice weather, got on my bike and went shopping. some very nice clothes (on sale even) and a late 1960s Hagstrom electric guitar from Sweden. Took it home, cleaned it a little, played it, and couldn't stop smiling. This instrument is pure joy. I actually laughed out loud, that's how much fun it was. Very rare feeling. So yes, money can buy happiness, I suppose ^^ sometimes.

Not as exciting as my last entry here but;

-Woke up at 11.30am +3
-Went and played Tennis around 2pm, finished at 6pm +3
-Found a phone (Nokia 2630) laying on a bench while walking back +1
-Dragged my aching limbs 30 mins to give said phone in at the Police Station -5 but then +1 so -4
-Saw a friend on the way back, fresh from his new job which he started today of which I had no idea because I failed to return his calls - dunno, erm +2
-Went to eat at his place and he drove him home because I literally couldn't walk anymore +5

...10/10

Just found out my house in Leeds got burgled last night whilst i've been visiting my folks.

My housemate has told me not much has been taken apart from his wallet but another housemate has had her two week old laptop stolen. From what i've been told they only searched the ground floor rooms so I don't know if any of my stuff has been taken[i'm on the first floor].

Hopefully none of my stuff has been taken but i'm kinda glad I have a pretty hefty tv so they couldn't just stick it under their arm and walk out with it. I just wish my housemates pug was a massive, double hard bastard so he could have ripped them to shreds.

Luckily from the sounds of things we had pretty lazy burglers who didn't pick a set of keys that were next to a wallet.

But yeah, cunts.

Edit* I've still got a shitty awful cold too.
