TOO FUCKING HOT
Having to cart around heavy shopping for the eldery (lots of bottles, natch) is a complete sod in this weather. Then having to do gardening when I come back. Then having to close the window of my gaming den when I'm playing online because, unlike the rest of my street, I'm not an ignorant selfish cunt who actually considers what he's inflicting on everyone within earshot.

I took part in a five hour Football-athon in Nimes two years ago from 11am till 4pm.
I actually died then came back to life again as it was hovering above 35 degrees all afternoon. -

Absolute insanely heavy rainstorms in Nottingham right now...so heavy it woke me up. Last time that happened was the earthquake last year. -

Registered 20 years agoBeen a solid week of rainstorms and lightening storms. Quite cool, except for all the power blackouts. -

What a relief it's been with all the rain we've been having of late. It's no fun trying to get to sleep with no success because of the heat, even with fans and AC on, no sheets and no clothes.
Still, love the sun and the heat, (regularly tops 35), just not the humidity.

I soooo wish that were true but looking outside, it's clearly not going to be. It's nice that the sun's out but not with this blazing heat.
