It really knows when to end too. I've seen someone try to rewrite some of it to add an ending, but it totally broke the story.

The current ending is it just stopping, as if something happened to Ted. As it was a diary/blog, that made sense.

The amended one had Ted come out the cave and be told by a stereotypical wise old man that the cave is home to a great evil. The evil manifests as smoke and roars out of the cave to chase Ted, so the old man casts a magic spell to seal it in. It made no sense.

Came here to post a link to that. :)

Someone on another forum also posted a link to the noise cleaned up and isolated:

Nice to hear it cleaned up. Interesting.

This isn't new (I've seen it mentioned on here before) but I haven't seen this extremely detailed site before.

Yeah. I read the theories and as soon as I'd side with one.. I'd read something like The radiation or the woman's tongue being cut out or how the bodies had been turned over or hell the guys who had climbed the trees..... and then think... what the d)fuck happend?

It's always a high point when this thread gets bumped. Awesome link too, Tonka!

The structure of that site makes it all look like it was an accident, but once you start digging all the strange elements are still there.

Some years ago went on holiday to Lake Garda, Italy. I was looking though some photos and saw something strange that I hadn't noticed before. I had taken a really quick last minuet snap shot of a place we had eaten at just to remember it. Looking though now I notice 2 guys going to a lot of trouble to hide their faces from the camera... MAFIA?! DA DA DAAAAAA

It's really very odd. One person I could kinda write it off as just some very weird paranoid camera shy dude but the chances of two people being weird paranoid camera shy? They got something to hide or why do it? because they are international criminals probably MARFIA DA DA DAAAAAAAA

Oh yeah, timely bump. Here's Alan Green, ex music director for Davey Jones from The Monkees who has been obsessed with trying to get to the bottom of hidden oddities in Shakespeare's work for most of his life. Here is one of many fascinating things he's discovered.

It could be ridiculously improbable luck combined with a lot of wishful thinking but the density of information, the accuracy and the final revelation makes it difficult to make a really solid case against, aside from being bullheaded about it's unlikelihood.

The Masons of this time also used geometry in similar ways to illustrate and communicate ideas and even codes (see pigpen ciphers) so it's not without precedence.

There's a reasonably high quality scan of the page here if anyone wants to test it out. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shakespeare's_sonnets#/media/File:Sonnets1609titlepage.jpg
