Faldo picks Poulter and Casey as his wild cards, leaving out Monty and Darren Clarke. Tough decisions, thought Casey and Clarke would get the nod. Full Europe team:

Yeah, tough choice and Clarke will be disappointed.

To overlook him for someone that seems to prefer the US tour than qualifying for the team is an interesting choice. I don't think anyone could doubt Clarke's history and commitment to the Ryder team.

I would've said it's because it is taking place in the US, and Poults is more comfortable over there.

Edit: Clarke's comments afterwards are pure class

Well what I mean was, Poults had the chance to qualify in his own right recently and decided to forgo it. Just thought that's a little selfish/harsh on Clarke.

Poulter is a massive bellend but he doesn�t half wind the Americans up

Tough to pick a winner, they have the stronger team on paper but we know the course much better

I do wonder what the crowd will be like though, hopefully they�ll be right into it and inspire the Europeans
