Even better is the reaction from people thinking he was harsh or cruel for doing it. It was clearly a joke.

I never go into YouTube comments for that very reason, 99.9% of them are from fucking morons.

    The was brilliant.

Wow what a dick! totally uncalled for!!! I now hate this show.....

Yeah people get upset over nothing now days. I doubt the fan got upset and if he did then BC would have been sure to make it up to him.

So, finally finished this. I have to say, I didn't much like the last season - a really difficult watch - for lots of reasons.

Walt is such a great character - throughout, you're kind of rooting for him, despite some of the choices he makes but by the end you realise just what a narcisstic sociopath he was - but even then, you can't help but feel for him a bit at the end. Or at least, I didn't feel any glee in his downfall. In many ways, I'm glad it's over, which wasn't how I expected to feel.

I doubt I'll be rewatching any time soon but overall a solid 8-8.5/10 but not as good as The Sopranos and The Wire, easily my 2 favourite shows.

Same for me there Dougs. I think the other two are better but I loved this.

Saul has been pretty consistent so far, without reaching the highs of BB. Hoping the new series cranks it up a notch but would recommend it still.

Yeah, definitely going to give BCS a go - but think I'll leave it for a bit. Need to settle on my next box-set binge...

I didn't really feel for Walt. He didn't just destroy his life, he destroyed the lives of everyone around him. If anything I think his end was too kind.

Great character, though. I really loved BB.

I think this quote sums WW up perfectly.

    Mike:
We had a good thing, you stupid son of a bitch! We had Fring. We had a lab. We had everything we needed, and it all ran like clockwork. You could've shut your mouth, cooked and made as much money as you ever needed. It was perfect. But, no, you just had to blow it up. You and your pride and your ego! You just had to be the man. If you'd done your job, known your place, we'd all be fine right now

I have seen this series 4 times now and think it is just perfect.

Surprised this hasn't already been posted, but a Breaking Bad movie is happening:

Rumours are that it will focus on Jesse after the events of BB.

Bad idea. I mean if anyone can do it it's Vince Gilligan, but Walter White is dead. Just wouldn't be anywhere near as good without him.

I personally wouldn't mind seeing Jesse end up in a better (or at least different) place than he did at the end of the series. There's potentially a story there.

And you don't need Walt. Gilligan is perfectly good at creating new characters.

There was a time Better Call Saul seemed like a bad idea.

@L0cky I don't think Better Call Saul ever seemed like a bad idea. It seemed like it would be a spin-off series that was never going to be as good as the original, which is exactly what it's turned out to be.

Well, you’ve been incorrect twice on this one page now so... great, I guess.

I personally don't think BCS is quite as good as BB, but there are plenty that do. But that's a moot point anyway - BCS succeeded in being brilliant in its own way, and so there's no reason why a movie couldn't do the same. I'm sure it will work well as a standalone film, especially if they avoid shoehorning too many references to the TV shows.
