I dont think anyone suggested theres anything wrong with it per say. Just the suggestion that the lyrics are some of the greatest in the world.
I never said anything about the lyrics.

I like her music. I have no intention of kidnapping her.

I like her music. I have no intention of kidnapping her until the optimum opportunity presents itself .

Oh apologies. So it's her producing skills you admire? Fair do's.

Itís more the melody writing tbh. She knows how to write a catchy pop hook.

Ahh, so it's more how she makes you feel. Can't argue with that.

What I don't understand is Glastonbury. I have never been, and probably never will, but I thought that the idea was that it was meant to be more for bands and rock music. Is that completely incorrect.?

I seen the headline for this year is Taylor Swift. Does anyone actually want that?
I absolutely want that. She's one of the best pop songwriters in the world, puts on a great show, and has never played there before.

Give me something new and different instead of 3 dull guitar indie bands any day.
Come on, her songs are all the same cry baby shit about men. She's a poor gals Adele.

I have a guilty soft spot for Ed Sheeran's music/song writing (at least his early stuff). But I'm not having Taylor Swift. No way.

Used to go every year. It used to be rock and indie and fun. Then they started doing shit like Kanye.

    Fuck that.
    Adapt or die innit.

The main stages aren't populated by big name acts. IDLES will be huge next time they play there.

Stormzy deserved the slot and was mostly fantastic.

Glastonbury is huge. Too big. Its what's away from the main stages too, so it's more mainstream, because it sells out. The fringe stuff is still amazing though.

BKK in Bilbao for me this year.

Late to this party, but Taylor Swift is all right. I'm not sure I'd call her one of the best songwriters in the world, but she's given the amount of decent tunes she's turned out it's hard to dismiss her.

She's certainly infinitely better than Adele, whose music is dull as fuck. She's no Carly Rae though.

Pop punk and emo. Anything with men crying over guitars.

Also country, but that's just a given by this point, isn't it?
