@Tonka Transferring to my phone is the only way I've ever encountered to backup images online whilst out & about. But space is obviously a major issue.

When I spent 9 months travelling I bought a large (for the time) portable hard drive that would transfer everything off the camera via usb with a single button press. Then I just waited until I could find an internet cafe etc. for backing it up to cd / online.

It's at times like these I wish I was more of a DIYer than a dreamer. It's probably perfectly doable to create something like this using a Raspberry Pi and some other bits, plus elbow grease.

Holy shit, I've just discovered the Auto Blend Layers function in photoshop. In combination with the auto align layers it makes some really awesome panoramas.

Very hastily managed to capture this through my office window as it just literally steamed past.

Nice to see this thread picking up some steam. Nice shot too.

Frankly my deer I don't give a ram NB - there are no rams and I'm not sorry for two bad puns in a row. There are cute baby deer though.

I also think the angle of her arm parallel to the desk frames it nicely.

You always seem to get really good results with it! Makes me want one as a 'take everywhere' kind of deal.

Took the slightly bold (maybe mad) decision to move from Nikon to Olympus this week.

I have been using my Olympus pretty much all the time in recent months so it made sense. Carrying less weight has made photography enjoyable again.

Traded with MPB for three primes I wanted and got cash on top.

Now in a position where I'm like for like pretty much in terms of lenses.

Good decision if it means you're enjoying it again and more active.

Yeah, the heaviest lens is a 40 - 150mm F/2.8, but is fraction of the weight of the equivalents on full frame, 0.6 kgs I think.

It just makes me more comfortable taking stuff out and the results are good as well imo.

Took this panaroma at the weekend and was mostly pleased with it until I realised that one of the shots was slightly out of focus. :(
