As lovely a person as Isy Suttie seems, her stand up is cringeworthy.

I think it works much much better in the format of the Radio 4 series she had with it but her stuff works well enough live for me too.

Gah! Kill it with fire! Looks like he's auditioning for a part in a live-action version of Sam & Max.

Bill Burr made me laugh a few times in this:

If it doesn't make you laugh, you might at least learn something about pastry.

I don't think you're his target audience, unless in fact you are a northern lady in your 60s. Are you?
  • Deleted user 13 January 2017 08:22:19
    God willing, one day

My Dad really likes John Bishop, but he's pushing 70 and will hopefully be dead soon, so there is that.

New Bill Burr special up on Netflix.
  • Deleted user 1 February 2017 19:27:00
Does he get cross about things? American standup is almost as cookie cutter nowadays as it was in the 90s

Has he done a face though? That's the mark of modern comedy, that is.
  • Deleted user 1 February 2017 23:02:52
You can't have a Netflix special unless you can do a face

I just want to know where he got his teeth whitened/photoshopped - they're the exact same shade as his sclera and it freaks me out a little.

I'm off to see Rich Herring in a couple of weeks. I've missed his last few tours so I'm rather looking forward this one.

Saw Miles Jupp in Brighton last night... he was pretty funny but not proper belly laughing. I think he's best suited to panel shows and shorter stints like on Live at the Apollo.

He should go back to inventing.

He keeps cropping up in acting roles too.
