Season 13 restarts in a couple of hours. The episode is called "Dead Celebrities"

Powerful forces are tormenting Ike. He's freaked out and the stress could kill him. Kyle and the boys are doing everything they can to save him but the poltergeists won't leave Ike alone.

Could be awesome. I will bet a gazillion euros that there´s going to be a Michael Jackson joke.

I'll wait for the HD torrent. Keep it for a few days, then replace with a standard version as the file will be too big for my liking.

Really need to get a bigger HDD, 150GB isn't anywhere near enough (85% of that is music, I'd wager).

Can anyone explain why there always seems to be a massive break right in the middle of all American show broadcasts?

They may aswell call this new chunk of episodes season 14..

Not sure about the others but South Park Studios basically work non-stop all week creating episodes from start to finish in between episodes airing.

So they've obviously earned their time off in between. They then have a longer break in between seasons. So instead of having 26 seasons, they have 13, which I guess has its own benefits.

It's why South Park seasons openers tend to be a little out of date on occasion, such as with the Olympics last time round.

I guess it's also to do with scheduling.

From a quick look, this HD file I've got certainly isn't HD when full-screened.

    Oh well.

Dead Celebrities was absolutely hilarious, the Ghost Hunters bit made me actually roar with laughter.

Brilliant stuff, the judges were just... I dunno, wrong seems a weak description. :-D

    Perhaps I'm just ignorant. ;-)

Quite liked the episode, would probably have liked it more if I had any idea who the hell Billy Mays was :p

The amount of mourning Billy Mays has received is astonishing. On an American-based forum I frequent there was a massive thread in his honor.

It probably has, slightly. Cartman now sounds nothing like season 1 Cartman.

Best SP episode in a while by far.

Err...You never watched South Park before, have you? It´s been like this since season 3 or 4.

Hah of course the voices can change, Homer Simpson was voiced differently to begin with, the voice actor changed to what it is now because the original voice hurt to speak in. Cartman's voice is noticeably different around "Scott Tenorman" but I couldn't pinpoint when it changed - I like how it is now, suits his intentions :D

Ike is apparently voiced by various children of the South Park staff.

The episode was...ok, I got most of the references. The possession joke was quite easy to spot but it was still fun to hear the "Mr Jefferson" voice. Ike/MJ ripping open his shirt at the end of his song was a great homage. And the judges...well

Very mediocre episode for what its worth, partially saved by the ghost hunter and pageant judges scenes. Which were absolutely hilarious, so juvenile, but so, so funny,

I was talking about the mid-season break they always do between June/July and October/November.

    Oh yes.

    Tonight's episode is a Butters-centric one.

That of course it means it'll be great. Butters episodes are always hilarious.

Prostitution is on the rise in “South Park” in an all-new episode titled, “Butters’ Bottom Bitch,” premiering on Wednesday, October 14 at 10:00 p.m. on Comedy Central.

Butters has made it all the way to the 4th grade without ever kissing a girl. All of his friends have been teasing him mercilessly. Butters is determined to catch up with the rest of the boys in his class.Meanwhile, one overly dedicated cop wages war on prostitution in South Park.

This has win written all over it.
