I agree wholeheartedly with the Citroen hatred however the DS was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cars ever made.

I hope it came with a brown paper bag with two holes. Wouldn't want to be seen driving this...thing.

I don’t object to those Hondas. They have a sci fi vibe. They look like cars from Demolition Man

Dunno where else to post this, but it made me laugh and this thread is topical.

Bought my first 'proper' car this week. Mazda CX-3 GT in ceramic white. Looked at a bunch of other options but nothing spoke to me quite like the CX-3. Got all the extra bells and whistles, roll on Jan!

If it's so special, why post this in the "ugliest car" thread?

Available to order in early next year. No production design released yet but I reckon the basic design should work quite well even without the bells and whistles.

Bloke at work just got a Tesla Model X. Pictures of it make it look cool but it’s horrible in real life. It looks like it’s out of scale somehow.

They’re powered by Elon Musk’s self-satisfaction, so very cheap to run.

On a scale of 1-10, how ugly is a BMW 225xe?

I'm thinking of getting one as it ticks almost every box I have, but I think it might be ugly. Not entirely sure though.

Bit boxy for my taste, but they’re meant to be one of the best if that’s the sort of thing you’re looking for.

It’s not too bad, probably the best looking car of its type. You’ll just look like the guy who simply must drive a sporty bmw no matter how many kids need to fit in the car

Ha! I have no kids, only drums, but they also take up lots of room. It's a company car so I want a PHEV so it doesn't cost me anything, and I don't want an estate because I have no kids and no dogs and want to continue pretending I'm young, so my options are very limited.

Went looking round cars this weekend, XC60 is slightly out of the budget (the PHEV version is £20k on top of the normal ones!), Outlander might work but a bit boring inside, A3 e-tron has too small a boot. Not checked the Mini yet but not really sure I want a Mini.

What I really want is a PHEV Qashqai since I have a diesel one now and I like it, but alas such a thing doesn't exist and the BMW would cost £55pm in tax instead of £150.

First time I saw the 2 series van I was shocked. Now I got used to it (just like you get used to new French models) and I think it's a pensioners car, and against the idea of a BMW (just like I think Porsche shouldn't be building SUV's with a Diesel either).

If I were you I'd check out the Ford Galaxy SMAX - they're bstrd fast on the motorway and seem to have a lot of space while looking ok for a multi seater (I'm not into family vans at all so wouldn't get either but can see why others would).

What kind of weird, fucked up eyes do you have? :)

What’s an example of a decent looking hatch?
