Me and my brother started this at the weekend. Leons Campaign first, really enjoying it to be honest some some cracking moments already. -

The demo was weak, they seemed to put together a lot of the weaker sections from the game for it for some reason, but the actual game is superb IMO.
Massive game too - been playing it for a few months (off and on) with the mrs and we've still got loads left.
Brilliant, brilliant game and definitely worth the £20ish you can pick it up for nowadays. -

Weirdest / funniest thing in a game EVER is the re6 forward bum shuffle however. I can't begin to imagine what they were thinking including that but thank you capcom. I laughed til my (face) cheeks hurt the other day when my brother and I were racing each other up and down stairs with the bum shuffle. Randomly throwing grenades at each other. -

Registered 13 years agoI found that it started with great promise, but gradually got worse as all the really poor design decisions built up. It amazes me how some of these things were not fixed in QA. For example it's one of the most linear experiences I've played this generation, but whenever anything resembling a puzzle comes up then camera control is stolen from you (in real time, frequently resulting in me getting hit by a now off-screen enemy - the closest this ever comes to being "classic" Resi) to show you exactly where you're supposed to be going to solve this particular brain teaser.
Oh and a tip for those who have picked it up in the sales and may have only just started - turn off the HUD. It changes the game from a boring follow-the-waypoint shooter to a far more challenging adventure. -

Yeah it's not bad, would have liked a gameplay benchmark like RE5 but crikey it's sexy. Maxed out I got an A rating with my mid-range 650ti which is nice.
Could get it as low a 16 quid on GMG, above my normal Steamworks pricing but tempted seeing as it will launch at a cheapo price anyway. I've still got the demo on Mrs bad09's PS3 so might give that a dust off to help me decide. -
