    It only really started yesterday. But it seems a lot worse in the early stages this time. :(

    I deliriously diagnosed myself online last night and closed the tab, when I tried to do it again to get the order number for the tamiflu it's told me off for doing it twice. :(

    Then phone your local doctor and say its urgent and get your doc to call you back.

    The worst of it seems to be over, I've just had a bowl of shreddies and a whole glass of water which is a good sign, though I still feel tender all over.

    I rang up my GP and they had a message as it was out of hours (bloody wednesdays) saying I should contact the pandemic hotline, I really couldn't get a break at all these past few days. Still, I managed to get through it without the help of medicine anyway, I probably don't need any now that the worst is over.

    I reckon its probably just Man Flu because I don't feel like total shit, just like shit...

    I found out my mate died of swine flu last night. He was only 25. His mum must be devastated. This is so fucked up. Gutted. :(

    The baby recently had swine flu and bounced back admirably, so I wouldnt run around waving your arms around in panic just yet.

    I'm booked in for my vaccination - I'm in the 'at risk' too due to asthma. Three days later and I'm having the regular jab too. If I get out of that lot trouble free I'll be amazed!

    Does anyone happen to know how much it costs to get the vaccine?

    I'm not in the "at risk" category and i want to ensure it remains that way. I got some money in my pocket so why not pay to get it?

    How would i go about trying to get it? Just call doctors and tell i wanna buy it?

    I got diagnosed with Swine flu, been put off work for a week, but haven't picked my tamiflu up yet (nor likely to).
