It only really started yesterday. But it seems a lot worse in the early stages this time. :(

I deliriously diagnosed myself online last night and closed the tab, when I tried to do it again to get the order number for the tamiflu it's told me off for doing it twice. :(

The worst of it seems to be over, I've just had a bowl of shreddies and a whole glass of water which is a good sign, though I still feel tender all over.

I rang up my GP and they had a message as it was out of hours (bloody wednesdays) saying I should contact the pandemic hotline, I really couldn't get a break at all these past few days. Still, I managed to get through it without the help of medicine anyway, I probably don't need any now that the worst is over.

I'm confused as to whether I have Swine Flu or regular run of the mill man-flu.

    :/

I reckon its probably just Man Flu because I don't feel like total shit, just like shit...

    I think I have swine flu. :(

Or at least normal flu. I want to die.

The baby recently had swine flu and bounced back admirably, so I wouldnt run around waving your arms around in panic just yet.

I've just received a letter regarding the vacinnation because I am considered "at risk".

Freaked me out a bit but will probably have it.

So you're a child or a pregnant woman?

I'm booked in for my vaccination - I'm in the 'at risk' too due to asthma. Three days later and I'm having the regular jab too. If I get out of that lot trouble free I'll be amazed!

edit: sorry to hear that Timmy :-(

Does anyone happen to know how much it costs to get the vaccine?

I'm not in the "at risk" category and i want to ensure it remains that way. I got some money in my pocket so why not pay to get it?

How would i go about trying to get it? Just call doctors and tell i wanna buy it?
