Looks amazing, genuine emotion in that trailer, the animations on the beast are incredibly life-like.

I love the contrast in the look of the creature and environments with the cell shading of the boy. Suggests that the young lad is not of that world.

I would have loved to be in the audience when they showed the HD trailer. It must have been incredibly overwhelming.

A chat with Udea on IGN

Where he discusses the creature, which at the moment they are calling an "Oowashi" (Giant Eagle) though the Japanese name for the game is "Hito Kui no Oowashi Toriko." which literaly translates as "The Giant Man-Eating Eagle Toriko." with Toriko meaning either Prisoner, a baby bird or a cross between the Japanese word for bird (tori) and cat (neko)

I think they should have stuck with 'The Giant Man-Eating Eagle Toriko' as the UK/US title, it's awesome lol

Translation seems about right :-D

Toriko is an interesting word. Prisoner is the most obvious, but can also be victim of emotion or slave to passion. hmmm... :-)
