Lawks, can't believe I forgot this thread was here. Anyway, am planning to do some 'splosion man this friday night. So if anybody would like a game (Popzeus I still have you on my FL at the moment), then I'd be up for some, fairly late on though, like 2230 hours and onwards, sometimes I don't get on til 2300. The co-op makes it even funnier than the single player, really. It makes you think that those 160 points weren't just a great price for a game, but was a steal for an absolutely awesome game. |

Registered 16 years agoTwisted Pixel really should take Capcom to court over that. It's about as blatant a copyright ripoff I've seen in gaming for a while. Just about everything is almost identical, the character, level design, environments, and especially the gameplay mechanics are all way to similar to even slightly be a coincidence.
Makes The Great Giana Sisters look positively imaginative... -

There's a good chance I'll be knocking about Friday night. Book me a tentative space, if anyone else really wants to play that hasn't had chance yet I'll bow out. Cos' I'm nice like that innit.

If you couldn't tell, I'm really enjoying this game again. Idly suggested playing it to my housemate after we'd blown through Doom co-op and he agreed, despite my protestations that it was so bloody hard I'd not played it since 09 and only got about 20 achievements!
Never the less, I'd never played co-op before and it's really good fun. Around half way through 'world' 2 now and it's getting kind of frustrating again however. Definitely a few tense moments. Has also encouraged me to re-visit single player and in classic gaming fashion the level that caused me to put down the game a year or so back I blew through in about 2 tries.
