It would be interesting to see what speed other people with the same ISP get in particular. Fuck sake, 80 quid? That's annoying, every other upgrade they gave me was free >_> -
£30 fucking activation and £50 for the installation of the new N modem and don't get me started about the fucking brain dead engineer. What ever happened to the self-install policy? I know when my other modem couldn't handle the 20mbs broadband I was sent an upgrade modem without an additional charge.
