Yeah, seemed a bit OTT to me. Honestly they're fine without it anyway.

Grilled vegetables curry. Pepper, carrot, courgette and mushroom with a tomato/yoghurt and madras-ish (I've been quite liberal) base.

I've completely improvised it all but it's turning out quite nice so far.

They didnít have any chocolate chips in the supermarket so I got Cadburyís milk and white chocolate buttons, chopped up a bit, and sprinkled some fudge pieces on top

Oooh nice. Yeah, I used dairy milk in mine.

Also forgot to mention, I did a smaller batch earlier in the week (1/2 everything), and decided to change up the sugar a bit - did 5:3 white:brown, and they were a bit crisper and more biscuity around the edges, but still nice and soft in the middle. Think I'll stick with that for now.

Shredded beef with home made corn tacos. Accompanied by homemade salsa and guacamole.

Perfect with a nice cold beer.

Don't know about that, had a 'pulled pork' jackfruit bap once, was pretty meaty to me.

Home made Cornish pasties for me tonight. Only way I can eat them is if I bake them.

My gran taught me how to make them when I was a kid, and Ive pretty much perfected them with my own take on her recipe.

@quadfather Did you follow the "Cooking with Paris" tutorial?

My dinner for tonight looks like it's going to be mostly cheese.

Damned, I still have a hard time believing that's actually a thing. Despite actually having seen it.

@JoeBlade I'm just devastated it didn't turn into a series. As unintentional(?) comedy, it was a gold mine.

Had a roast chicken yesterday, so making a chicken pie again with the leftovers. Decided to try my hand at a rough puff kind of pastry (freezing and then grating butter and all sorts), and slightly concerned I might have fucked it up :) Pastry's in the fridge resting, so I guess I'll see soon enough.
