    Yeah pan fry, to me, is just a frying pan with a coating of oil (soon to be 0.3cm of oil!)

    Actual frying, is deep pan with a good 6 inches of oil.

    No thanks.

    So it’s basically drying and deep frying but restaurants think “pan fried” sounds cooler so it’s now “pan fried” or “deep fried”.

    They were locally sautéd. It was done in my kitchen which is fairly close.

    Anyway, I've decided! I couldn't pick between Mexican and Italian, so fuck it, I'm going to do some fajita spiced chicken, but here's the twist!, It then goes into a carbonara sauce with some spinach and rocket. With a lot of cheese. Brilliant, if I do say so myself*
