    Sadly I never got a top tea like this at home. My mother would cook half-assed versions of 'proper' meals. I actually didn't even have it, I had a pie instead.

    Have a diffuser that goes over the hob and seems to have worked well.

    I think this is going to be lunch tomorrow as well.

    Grilled halloumi with quinoa, tomato, parsley and mint salad and flatbread. Served with a lemon dressing and baba ganoush.
