Watched the first episode - it's like Gladiator and Rome by someone who's been watching too much 300, not that I hate the idea of that too much. There's a lot of Deadwood-style swearing, ie. they say cunt a lot. There's also quite a few boobs. And ridiculous amounts of blood - including arms, legs and heads coming off.

I can't say I loved it, but I'll watch the next one to see if this is all it's gonna be

i thought it was fairly entertaining... pretty much what i expected, put your brain on hold and watch the blood and boobs
from what i've heard, it gets better once the first two episodes are out of the way too, so im cautiously optimistic about it

If they had left out some of the slow-mo fighting stuff it wouldn't have felt quite like 300: The TV Series but even with all that it was entertaining enough.

I'll give it a few more episodes to see how it pans out as I do like a good fantasy sword fight. I just hope it hasn't spunked its load in the first episode and it's all talking heads from here...

I sort of liked it, but it does feel like an adult rated Xena.

I'll stick with it, purely because I don't have TV channels and it's easy to watch, so it'll pass some time.

Just got around to watching this. Very entertaining. Really liked Rome, and 300, so this couldn't fail really.

Would have been better if they had taken their queue from Rome IMO. The story side of it all is very lacking.
