Heh, it was taken with a shitty 1980s style mobile! Plus, it's really hard to get a decent pic of him as he rarely stays still.

heh, I thought his hair really was like that! It's pretty ace.

I probably should have put a warning on that image, sorry.

I've been waiting ages to post it though :p

It's probably the stupidest right-click save I've ever done.

I might have to sack El_MUERkO if he doesn't take a pic of Benji. He needs to make up for teaching Benji how to do deadly farts.

    awww nice dogs.

i always wanted a dog, but i live in a flat with no garden, and i'm out of the house from 7.30 to 7.30 every day so it would be cruel to leave it on its own

    :(

I know what you mean THF - I've had Toby for a month now, and have managed to fit work into his routine (i.e.: no meetings outside of Brighton, and three walks a day, no matter what). I'd love to have a dog of my own, but I can't until work is sorted out.

    Dogs > work.

    Toby > all.

I'm so tempted to get a dog - I work from home 4 days a week and we've got a nice little garden. Trouble is, I'm not sure my cat would be best pleased about it :(

Are there two of you, JK? If so, I vote do it.

Your cat would have someone to play with - especially if you got a puppy so (s)he wasn't threatened by them from the go. And if you're with someone, it's hugely easier to arrange dog-cover as needed.

    Do it. Do it now!

You'd be surprised, they'd soon to grow some sort of companionship/tolerance. Tilly, when we bring her to my parents, hates cats but there's a cat there and the two of them follow each everywhere. It's very cute.

I agree with BG - my ex's family had two cats and one dog. It was a constant battle for supremacy, but the fight was never to the death. And when one of the cats died, the dog was morose for weeks.

Cats & dogs getting on /= end of days!

My old dog thought he was the father of our old cat's kittens. He even licked her clean afterwards.

Jack Russell Terrier, right? They're ace. I'd like one... and a whippet... and a border collie.

Yeah a Jack Russell, cracking little thing, forever licking me.

That sounds worse than it should.

Benji licks everyone he meets face. He went over to a neighbour this morning who was bent over doing something, and jumped up and licked her face.

Dogs are great. There is no best dog. There is no best cat either because cats are lame.

I'm going to have to dig out the puppy pictures because they're too adorable. Well, two are still under a year old so I guess they're still puppies.

    Neeshka
Malak - I need better newer pictures of him, he's looking bigger and "manlier" now, big puffy chest and mane, still has big blue eyes though

Brilliant - they're 'proper' dogs, not these yappy little pieces of shit that could be taken out by a cat.
