LetsGo has actually predicted the winning numbers. And they're not these ones. These are in fact are a cynical bid to prevent an EGer from sharing his winnings.

Bastard, I knew there was something fishy going on. If I wasn't stuck to my seat, I'd track him down and kneecap him.

    AGHHHH

There is no pattern! Did anyone actually do GSCE maths? This is like some kind of bizarre conspiracy theory that people make up in their heads to justify something.

Suggesting otherwise is madness. The only pattern possible is one that is false, because there is nothing.

Anyone thinking otherwise would probably be someone who tries to argue that the lottery numbers being 1 2 3 4 5 6 is less likely than another non sequential pattern of numbers.

But we're still gonna win, right? LetsGo has got a system, it's super good.

They're probably delaying it to investigate a possible fix, they've never had two dozen people win the jackpot before.

    -edit-
    DANGIT LETSGO! YOU IMBECILE!

Five numbers on gets ~2k?! Thought it was in the tens of thousands at least. Sheesh.

I think it depends on the bonus ball what you get.

Am I right in thinking you get 10 for 3 numbers but the odds of getting 3 numbers are greater than 10-1?

No, no. The odds of getting three numbers are roughly 1 in 2.

Only if you get the bonus ball, unfortunately I didn't.

When it was getting a lot more sales it would have been more but I'll take 2K over not. :-)

He's deleted his account and taken the money with him.

I vote we let Whizzo pick next week's numbers, he's got a great way with the balls at the moment.

It's 57 to 1 to get three numbers as this page shows.

Considering how long I've been playing the same numbers I wouldn't bother with my choices!

Can't stop playing them now though, they'd probably come up as the jackpot numbers the week after I gave up...

I stopped playing it for that very reason, I was worried my set numbers would come up and I hadn't put a ticket on! My Dad ahas practically the same ones, I'm just waiting for him to in it. Surely only a matter of time.

I saw/read/heard somewhere recently that if you're a reasonably healthy man in your 30s and you buy a ticket an hour before the draw you're more likely to die in that hour than win.
  • Deleted user 20 September 2009 02:14:35
I put these numbers on and 4 more lines of random numbers. And I haven't even checked them. Probably will check them tomorrow, but the chance of winning is almost zero :D
