    Poo?

To make a point... I'll say yes. It surely would be.

I did tip , apparently brits have a reputation for being mean tippers and im on work expenses s a few dollars isnt going tp kill me. I have found the service over attentive though.

Theyre pretty much pushing you out the door before youve sat down sometimes. The anti mayo waiter today askes me if I wanted dessert before id finished my main and then brought the bill with a ' Theres absolutely no hurry to pay this', Which there obviously was.

It wasnt that busy either - maybe they just didnt want some mayo eating limey with a laptop hanging around in their half full rib joint.

Speaking of tips, any place I eat out at that puts 10% service charge on as standard gets a big FUCK OFF from me. Cheeky cunts.

And also, new law passed today to stop companies using tips to make up minimum wages. Cunting companies.

I don't know where you guys are eating but I have always had good service in the US. The only things I can remember that cause problems on service are Americans using different terms for food stuffs and so sometimes there is some language confusion. For instance they seem to have no idea what cream is.

I am really fussy about service as well so it's not like I would not notice bad service. There are plenty of eating places around where I live that I won't go back to due to bad service.

As glaeken I never experienced any bad service in the US. Quite the opposite, in fact. But then if it's one thing we don't tend to do that well here in Sweden it's service in restaurants, so I might have had low expectations.

As for mayo and chips, it's pretty much an essential combination, as far as I'm concerned.

    Yuck.

If you want to turn a sandwich in to a soggy fat-fest, then mayonnaise does the trick. Personally I'd rather not.

Tuna Mayo rocks with some iceberg lettuce and black pepper.

Although I like a change from time to time. Salad Cream does the job nicely.

Freshly cooked shrimps with a chili mayo, cold weissbier and some good white bread is close to perfection.

Cheese on chips WTF!? Is this some sort of northern thing?
Mind you I have a workmate from Princes Risborough who swears by cheese on a kebab.

Chips (or Fritter) + Cheese + Curry Sauce + Pickled Onion in a roll is our local delicacy.

Mayo is great on chips. Sometimes I have both ketchup AND mayo. Yum!

The mayo you get in McDonalds the Netherlands is pretty nice. Sort of a mustard/majo hybrid.

Pity the chips are still wank.

You've got no clue about chips. I can't say I had any worth the name during three years in the UK.
