Registered 11 years agoI ordered a kit about three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Does anyone have one I could borrow please. I'll pay postage, or collect if you live near Brum. Beer offered as a reward. -

I live in Northampton, and I would meet you at Watford Gap or something if my car wasn't in the menders and I'd post it to you if I wasn't out all week on a training course! Sorry chap. -

They quote that it can take upto 3 weeks, but for my elite I sent it off on the Monday and got it on the Friday - 4 days. Are you going from Pro to Elite or Elite 120 to Elite 250? If the latter then I'm not sure if you're entitled to it. -

Registered 11 years agoI would ring support instead of using the form as I was waiting nearly two weeks without hearing a dicky bird after sending a form. Rang them up and got a cable within about 4 days.
As an aside I then sold it on ebay for £24.01 lol......

Registered 11 years agoI called the sods and they told me that my request was/has been processed and that it should be with me in ten working days. That was on the 5th. I haven't had time to call them back since. I'll call them after new year, but if anyones got a spare they don't need please let me know. -

It's going from regular old 20GB to Elite (Black) 120GB, so I think all versions work with that. Let me know, cheers! -

It looks like you need to pay £12 to get one from MS now. -

These cables are rare as rocking horse shit now, it would seem. Microsoft are no longer offering them on their site, and they are going for upwards of £40 on ebay. -
