My office aircon has gone mental, so I am actually genuinely freezing. Can't wait to leave, feel the need for some beers for the garden.

It is too hot. I much prefer rain. (really)

So good, loads of wasps around which is odd at this time of year. Loads of spiders too which isn't so odd.

Global warming! We are all going to DIE, tanned and happy.

Sun's too low in the sky for any serious UV. Too late in September for sunburn

Good to see the usual EG weather killjoys are out and about again.

Bad health and beards will do that to you.

It's perfect IMO. All the best aspects of summer, with no hayfever! Whats not to love?
  • Deleted user 29 September 2011 14:19:01
It's brilliant, feels really unusual that it's so hot but the sun is so low. It's hotter than many summer days.

There's a wasps nest outside in a bush. It's been cordoned off but I'm tempted to go throw rocks at it.

Typical knee-jerk reaction by the wasp police.

I heard rumblings at quarter to six this morning and since I couldn't go back to sleep, I went downstairs to make myself a nice cuppa Earl Grey before sitting upon a chair that looks out to my garden and saw a rather majestic thunder and lightening storm brewing right before me.

    ... I love watching them!
