    Just planning out a trip to NY for the Tribeca film festival end of april / early May. Anyone been to it before?

    that sounds fantastic! I quite fancy the Toronto one. In fact, would like to do one a year in a different country.
    Me too! Not sure why I didn't think of it before, great thing to wrap a holiday around.

    Toronto will be on my list as I've not been to Canada before. September is a pretty good time of year as well.

    Amsterdam is another one, never been there before either :p

    I understand the concept, but what does GI actually stand for? Is it a typically British thing?

    /is a foreigner

    That said, I wonder if getting GIed is something to aspire to?

    GI= General Ignore I believe.

    GI would be more of a yank reference than British anyway. GI Joe etc.

    The fact that this thread title is different to the old thread is annoying me for some reason. It doesn't look right and I keep noticing it when I'm scanning the new threads.

    I frequently forget to Capitalise when I'm on messageboards, maybe it's that. Or the disputed ellipsis.

    I just wanted to wonder why kalel deleted his thread about his need to flash and take photos of babies. I was looking forward to the replies as I am cold and bored.
