I think this has been the best series in awhile. Feels fresh again without a series long arc the way the last few had. |

Yeah it's really good. The episodes are jam-packed with funny moments.
I think Leon is the best thing about the show these days. He's so funny. You can tell that (the real) Larry keeps being caught off-guard by the outrageous stuff Leon says when they're improvising as he's struggling to keep a straight face when they're going back and forth. It looks like they're all having an absolute blast.
Accidental Text on Purpose is probably my favourite so far. Only three episodes left :/ -

Registered 12 years agoSeen the odd episode over the years but went through the whole lot over the summer. Love it. This new series has been very funny but a little more far fetched than previous seasons, but I’ve just embraced it.
Particular fav of mine is the Michael J Fox episode. Figuring out whether it’s the Parkinson’s or passive aggressiveness towards Larry was a genius idea. The bit where he shakes the bottle of coke up and Larry opens it and just shouts “Oh Jesus Christ” had me in stitches. I’m a sucker for slapstick and Curb has plenty of it.
That’s just one of the stand outs. There’s so many! The Larry and Susie interactions are always a treat and I could listen to Leon say “mother fucker” all day. -

Registered 17 years agoAgreed, this season is good but it feels like LD is playing up to the camera much, much more than usual. Still great, but a little OTT even for Curb at times.
I love Larry, but that constant grin he has this season seems like a smug acknowledgment of, hey, you’ve pestered me for YEARS to return, and I here I am! Still awesome though, and it could be argued that the older his character gets the less fucks given, so he’d behave exactly as he pleases. Plus, no Cheryl to reign him in. -
Yeah, to me it seems like his unchecked grin is just a product of how much fun he’s having
now he’s back making Curb again. He can’t keep a straight face when arguing with Suzie. I find it really endearing. -

Registered 11 months agoMy God... what happened there? There was a massive period of no curb and then they were all too old and it didn't work and then they released the last season just aired. That was absolutely superb. I need to rewatch it from the beginning. The final episode and all the celebs making spite stores. Bravo Larry and Curb... one of the best seasons yet. More please! -
Just watched the Steve Coogan episode, absolutely brilliant and Funkhouser was class.
