Sold my old phone to them, they took Ł20 off claiming it was locked to a network which it wasn’t. Wouldn’t use again for anything more than DVDs etc.

Thanks I plan to do a clear out so will use that. I suspect most of what I own will be worth very little but better than going in the bin or taking up room.
