Make sure to put a huge circular scratch on the disc.
Take all the covers off your games and replace them with poorly done internet printouts as well.
Rub the case in cannabis, if it doesn't smell like weed you'll be charged a penalty fee.
A few other things to ensure you do before you into CEX:
If you are female, you MUST wear cheap see through leggings.
Ensure you have BO.
Make sure you queue in a place that is obviously not the actual queue of at least 15 people.
Take a mobile phone with you that is stolen so you can hold up everyone else who is waiting for at least 20 minutes.
Looking at getting evil within.
Cex have it for the ps4 for 25 quid but for xboxone 18 pounds? If i have a moan will they match the xbox price? Seems ridiculous im paying 7 quid more just because its ps4

I doubt it. The price is probably set by demand, no of pubes in stock etc...

Yeah I'm pretty sure CEX prices are mostly generated automatically. If they have a lot of one thing in stock, the price goes down. Evil Within had a pretty hefty sale at Game on Xbox One over Christmas so I guess there's more Xbox One copies floating about.

So is CEX the better place to offload a bunch of old games? I realise if I sold seperately I would probably get a little more. But I'm looking to trade in and purchase a steam gift card.
They're generally fucking awful for older games... You're almost better off just dropping them off at a charity shop.

I suppose if you just want the games gone and you place a value on that convenience.

CEX don't do gift cards, so although they'll offer more on exchange, you wouldn't be able to spend it on such things. Perhaps consider somewhere else first?

Best bet is to trade in at Game with the CEX prices on your phone.

Yes, get the Cex price and Game promise to beat each game's trade-in price by £1 where their price is less than Cex's. I did this yesterday. Simplest is to have all the items in a sell basket at Cex's site and print it out. Needs to be same day. Phone reception may be iffy in some shops. Then buy whatever you want at Game, keep any extra for another day.
