I'm looking for a bit of help, basically as i was on the phone to t-mobile earlier i was told that i would not be allowed to upgrade on the 25th feb due to unfortunately going to debt collection. I have previously spoken to 4 advisers and not 1 of them has told me this, they all said i could upg on the 25th. I'm just wondering if anybody knows if its possible I could go through retentions and they would be able to sort it out. thanks very much  |
