Yeah, this could get ugly for us :( their passing game is really good. Will be interesting to see them against Bayern.

Yeah...PSG just on another stratosphere to us. Unbelievable header from Cavani that.

It's honestly remarkable: PSG demolished us 5-0, a perfectly good-natured match, Neymar roasted alive the young 18 year old we had in at right-back for the whole 90 minutes, and then refuses to shake hands with the kid at the end (with a completely unnecessary hard-man act) as they had one tussle earlier in the game.

Just such a fucking cunt! Why is he such a fucking cunt? What benefit does acting like such a fucking cunt serve? Urgh. He is just so eminently dislikeable despite his obvious ability.

It's the Barca DNA. They are all like that. See Guardiola as a fine example.

best thing about barca is how they trounce arsenal at their own game over and over again

He's a horrible, horrible, cheating arsehole of a player.
Gets a yellow card for diving while 3-0 up and coasting, scumbag.

Bah, Celtic much better in the 2nd half, shame we didn't start like that.
    Very humbling though.

Yeah that yellow really just sums up his attitude to the sporting side of the game, sadly. Pathetic really: game completely dead, PSG utterly dominant, and he gets carded for a blatant dive in the middle of the pitch. What an absolute fanny!

Some good games tonight - Spurs' and Liverpool's look particularly tasty. Being the insufferable football hipster, I'll be looking for a stream of Shaktar Donesk v Napoli with Italian commentary of course. :)

Incredibly interesting comments from Mourinho on their performance last night. Essentially criticising his players for playing entertaining football and scoring too many goals (obviously I'm cheekily paraphrasing here, but honestly that is the basic gist of it).

I kind of respect it. It's not what the fans want to see, but the guy has a clear vision of how the game should be played and a proven track record of it working. Fair play.

You clearly didn't watch the game. It wasn't entertaining it was boring.

Ok not boring but it wasn't entertaining.

Yeah I didn't to be fair.

Awesome tweet of some of Messi's best passes. For me this demonstrates why he's the greatest, above Ronaldo. That side to his game is immense. He's the greatest creator of all time, as well as the greatest goalscorer.

Was a bit surprised to hear it's been over a year since we've lost at OT now too.
Fair enough a lot of those were draws and that's probably why it came as a bit of a shock, but Mourinho has a staggering ability to turn a club's home ground into a fortress.

Celtic to play their next game behind closed doors then, it sounds like.

    Rogue Rangers fan?

Yeah, a drunken fucking cretin. Very frustrating. He was rightly booed by the whole stadium, and will be banned for life; I'd expect the club to accept whatever the punishment is.

Always some fucking arsehole, isn't there

Apparently so. 11th time Celtic have been punished in six years for supporter misconduct.

Yes, that's true. The majority of which relate to fireworks being set off within the stands or the display of 'illicit' banners (one of which was mocking UEFA; another carrying a pro-Palestinian message; and several cases of pro-Irish republicanism).

All quite rightly condemned by the club and paid without contest.

Comedy goal. How many times does that have to happen before the defence gets the shake up it quite desperately needs?
Spent all summer chasing Van Dijk, should have had a shortlist larger than one player (and club!).
