That's what I've been reading. I lost interest in it for that reason. Personally from what i know i think she's guilty but i wouldn't have watched a biased she did it and i don't want to watch a biased she's innocent. I wanted something balanced that laid out the facts for the viewer to decide.

Watched it earlier and yeah I couldn't get through it all simply because it appears to have been made to make her look like some innocent victim in the whole thing, when clearly her refusal to answer simple questions and explain events from her perspective always have and always will make her look very suspicious in my mind.

Sure the Italian justice system is a bad guy in this whole thing as well, but until she comes clean about certain things, I find it a little in bad taste that someone would make a documentary essentially trying to clear her name.

The British journalist in this documentary is an absolute cunt. He laughs and jokes about how good his story is, whilst completely forgetting it was a horrific murder and people lost a family member.

He even describes seeing his name on the front page felt like sex.

Even the way he discusses speaking to the coroner. He describes it as.if they were meeting a hero. I actually hate him. There is not shred of empathy in his discussions

I've not seen the Netflix documentary but I saw one on BBC2 (or Channel 4?) a few years ago. Her and her boyfriend were seen smashing the bedroom window with a rock from the outside the next morning to try and make it look like a break in. Fuck knows how her lawyer explained that guilty-as-sin bit of evidence away in court?

"Were seen", by witnesses. *The* most unreliable evidence. Let 5 people watch a traffic accident, and they won't agree on the colour and make of the cars, and whether the driver of car a was an overweight male Chinese in his 70s, a hot topless young blonde or a shetland pony.

Fortunately, courts know how utterly useless witnesses are.
