Christ; I decided to give this a go online and the results were brutal.

I swear; all those videos of Korean teenagers demonstrating hundreds of actions per minute; in the time it took me to develop an army of 30 grunts and 2 mechs the guy had covered the map with a force of every imaginable type of zerg. :mad:

Still gonna buy the third one. Can't wait to be honest. Has anybody tried the prologue missions yet? Apparently you can't brute force the protoss which means I'm at a loss

Bought Legacy of the Void for �17 from CDKeys, then rather foolishly bought the complete digital deluxe upgrade for �30 which upgraded all 3.

Someone please tell me I wasn't silly, �10 for the deluxe goodies is good right?

And anyone fancy giving archon mode a go, I am terrible thourgh.

Heart of the Swarm had a better campaign in my opinion. The Protoss one is fun... But the a few too many missions are basically just base building with a timed objective thrown in to keep things intereting. The Zerg campaign had a lot more originality to it, largely due to Kerrigan as an ever present hero uni who you could level up and so on. They really should have done that with Artanis this time around as well.

As a campaign i haven't done much of Void because i replayed WoL and HoS from scratch first. You know for the story nonsense, with that said through i have always liked the Protoss the warp mechanic just really suits me.

Still have yet to give Archon a go, no one wants to be with someone as bad as me hmmm

Archon mode I actually find way, way harder than 1v1. Sure, in theory you can do twice as much, but it always feels like we're doing twice as much with half the information we need!

fwiw: Wings > Legacy >>> Swarm. Even if I did get tired of the Protoss po-faced style after a while.
