I get strangely drawn to the border control shows. Have to force myself to stop watching them. (Particularly the Australian one).

@Razz Are you old enough to remember the original? I am, and it had a great impact on me. Mainly in fiddling about with oversized belt buckles pretending to teleport.

My guilty pleasure is a bit of Doc Martin. Everything is just so nice isn't it?

Mine is springwatch, autumnwatch... In fact any of the watch shows. I'm not big into nature programmes but find these very watchable.

    Discovery Channel's fake reality shows.
    Street outlaws
    Moonshiners
    people making custom bikes
    people making custom guns

The first two I actually record so I can watch them when i have nothign better to do. The latter 2 I'll get stuck on if I happen to catch part of it.

Gogglebox has to be mine. Although I'm worried the move to Friday night prime time will kill it.

"If You Are The One", China's top rated dating show, with 50 million viewers an ep. It's utterly functional and ruthless, funny and cringeworthy, and occasionally throws up the odd 40-something insatiable cougar as a token mentalist. Very much the definition of a meat market. Hosted by the double of Gregg Wallace, with about as much tact on offer.

Might be on TV sites, or via the Aussie SBS player.

Storage Wars, Pawn Stars, Lizard Lick Towing and Man vs. Food for me.

Storage Wars is amazingly shite. The same couple get in a fight with someone else every episode, and the valuations they all put on stuff are little short of insane. A filing cabinet isn't worth $300. MONEY

Pawn Stars is actually pretty good to be honest, sort of like a tacky version of Antiques Roadshow. I wish the punters were better at negotiations though, they get absolutely done every time.

TNA impact. Wrestling is awesome and hilarious.

I've been recording and watching it since my friends bought me a ticket to see it in Glasgow for my 30th.

It's like watching someone gamble.... I watch them back to back. I agree some of the valuations are ambitious!

Oh yeah, CSI: Miami of course. I actually have a few seasons on DVD, to make it even worse.

Complete and utter nonsense, but hugely entertaining.

What's guilty about Man v Food? It's great!

I have to confess to binging on Jamie's 15/30 Minute Meals on a nice calm Sunday. I barely even cook, but it's just so entertaining. I like most cooking shows actually but this is the only one I sit down with intent to watch.

How It's Made is another, sometimes one of the channels has a semi-marathon of episodes and I'm more than happy to sit through the lot.

    Also Take Me Out.

I'm addicted to Fast 'n Loud... and any show where Baliffs/Sherifs are nabbing cars or cracking squatter heads. I'm not proud.

    I love How It's Made! :D

There's something compelling about how it seems to flit from maple syrup to aeroplane wings.

The tomorrow people, pretty little liars and now agents of shield. All pretty terrible but great time wasters.

Hah, I went through a stage of watching these (and the surprisingly vicious Canadian version). Absolute guff - the 'flashy' editing and 'dramatic' music are appalling. Oh, and good luck travelling to Australia if you're Asian - sheesh, those carefree Aussies give them a rather hard time.

Take me out. It's absolutely horrible but I can't stop watching it.

Maybe Sharz should try and get on.

    Alien Files Unsealed

    And so on...

For an atheist and sceptic, I sure am one guilty phuqqa.

I absolutely love triple D on the food network. Guy is an absolute bell-end and not a patch on whatshisname from man vs food, but I just can't stop watching the damn thing!

Currently watching take me out... My missus just popped out to visit the neighbours so doubt she'll be impressed when she returns! (bizarrely she thinks its a load of bollox, but I've always had a soft spot for a bit of Paddy's bantz)
