Big meets bigger in which 20 stone english people meet 40 stone people from some far flung regions of the globe and often tell them off for being fat. Surprisingly poignant as they often then turn there lives around.

I liked the episode in Kuwait where the super fat bloke got the fat bloke to get him a bottle of coke and then he expected him to open it too!

    Kitchen Nightmares
Masterchef, last series was excellent I thought, along with 'The Professionals' version.

I believe you as I've watched all of these, -though the middle 2 are only when in company of a girl- but I don't dislike them :-/
add to the above desperates and I'm still finding the most shame comes from EastEnders.

edit: and there's nothing guilty in the cooking shows?!
Although I watched Jamie's School Dinners USA (or whatever it's called) at US pace which is kinda sad...I don't think it's even been on over here yet.

Didn't Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus do Party in the USA? That was one of last year's summer jams.

She did. Although I don't really like how quickly she's gone from doing super-happy-fun-fun pop to trying to be some serious electro-RnB diva.

Mental. Half of this stuff isn't anything to be guilty about. Come Dine With Me is amazing entertainment (not the celeb ones though, that's just cringeworthy).

Gossip Girl, Desperate Housewives, Glee, Being N-Dubz, Ugly Betty. Now they're the ones to feel guilty about!

Although I must admit I do spy over to the TV when Four Weddings or Dating In The Dark is on.

    /prepares noose.

You can add The Hills to my list aswell, and both America's and Britains Next Top Model.

You should be shot if you watch Big Brother though.

Thankfully no-one in my group of friends at work talks about BB this year, despite the fact most of them are girls. The girlfriend still watches it though. At least it's the last year finally.
