Company is throwing a summer-ish party this Friday, and I is in charge of the drinks. Beer and wine has already been taken care of, so all I have to do is to find 5-6 cocktails for the bartender to make. I've already got: Mojito Whiskey sour There'll be people of quite different tastes, so I need to have something for everybody: strong, weak, sweet and sour, as well as a variety of flavours. Ideally they won't be *too* difficult to make, but doesn't have to be all rum and coke either. Any sure-fire hits in your repertoire? |

Start with a highball glass and swirl the inside of the glass with Chocolate Syrup before filling it with ice. Add 1 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 1 oz of Irish Cream, and 1 oz of Vodka. Fill the glass with Milk or Cream and serve.
Grab your blender and add 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 1 oz of Irish Cream, and 1 oz of Vodka. Add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream or Chocolate Ice Cream. You can add a little more Ice Cream or a little bit of Milk to make it just the right consistency. Swirl some Chocolate Syrup on the inside of a Collins glass before pouring your cocktail. Garnish with Chocolate Shavings or Chocolate Sprinkles for a finishing touch. -

- 250ml of the rarest German pilsner
- 250ml of fresh, seasonal English apple cider
- 25ml of a full bodied, fruity, Blackcurrant Cordial
Mix, do not shake, and serve in a tall, cold, (pint) glass.

Pour 1/2 pint of milk into a blender, along with some vanilla frappƩ powder, vanilla ice cream, Bailey's and a dozen ice cubes to form "soft peaks". Blend on "high" for 20 seconds then pour. Add in some chocolate sprinkles, and gently curl one out onto a Ginger snap and place on top.
Serve. -
Just get shit loads of vodka and lemonade. -
