I'm after a trust worthy reliable source for Camera reviews.

More specificaly digital camera reviews and even more specificaly, if possible, reviews of the new cameras in the Pentax Optio range, the Optio 5Si and Optio X.

Reviews of these two should be coming through soon hopefully, as they are both slated for release in the next month or two and I'm hoping review models might be doing the rounds soon.

Not to worry if there's no reviews for them yet but it'd be nice to bookmark a few sites that i can keep an eye on.

    ta.

www.dpreview.com is usually very good. If the review isn't up there are usually owners on the forum complaining/commending.

It's so you can take self portraits while holding the camera, or more usefully for taking pictures directly up buildings without having to crouch and crane your neck back.

Still, that's not something I do very often, or find that taxing.

Thanks for the links I'll bookmark those and keep an eye on them.

I had the S4 before but lost it :-(

So the logical one to go for is the S5i when that comes out but I do like the look of the X and seems to have a bit more functionality, including being a web cam and some of the online prices don't show a hughe difference in price between the two. In the end though it'll probably come down to size, speed and picture quality.

Or I may just plump for the S4 (or S4i) again as I was happy with that and the prices have already started dropping.
