Registered 4 years agoSo how come a sunlight warrior attacked me in demon ruins ish area? Well out of order I thought as I'd been friendly to them. Also what was behind the giant locked door where he attacked me? I'd forgotten to go back and check. -

Solaire attacked you because you didn't like the dlc. -

Registered 4 years agoI'm pretty certain it wasn't solitaire as he was crying by a bonfire in another place nearby and this sunlight person had a different helmet and dropped a sunlight set on his death. Used that sunlight shield Vs Gwyn actually. -

Trying to think of which characters questlines I've actually completed now -
Only got the Black Knight shield though.
So glad I didn't have to farm. I went straight there and killed two and got it LOL -

This club is pretty sweet. Got it to plus 3 and killed gargoyles with ease.
A lot slower than weapons I usually like, but it's fun. -

The one handed R2 is interesting. Lunge forward and arc hitbox. I don't think I've seen one like that before in a souls game -

Registered 8 years agoIt's moveset has never been bettered. They well fucked it up in DS2 & 3. -
I got gargoyles done, capra, had a wander to kill havel as the ring helps with the club weight.
Did the asylum return and left it there. Not sure where I will go next. Might have a wander through darkroot and see if I get invaded a few times. I squashed a red phantom with the club. I should probably try to get the club to +10.
Remastered looks really nice on PC. I played it on PS4 on release and it was decent, but the PC version is understandably a further improvement. -

Where was onion knight? We chatted at sens twice, fire link, blight town, rescued his daughter at crystal caves, chatted to her again at fire link. On my Xbox run I killed him and got his ring so this time I thought I'd see where his quest line actually went.
As for the bastard Knight Lautrec, you may take your revenge by invading his world and killing him, which may resurrect the Firekeeper, if you so please... -

Registered 17 years agoWhat I haven't understood about those chaos eaters is that Sieg is supposed to help you beat them without more than 50% damage, right? Well, can you shoot enough arrows to bring their health down (even kill some of them) and then ask him to join afterwards or not? -
