Registered 13 years agoSurely chubby people don't need much chasing anyway, it's not like they'll break any sprinting records. -

Registered 18 years agoI'm a Sky customer, don't use torrents. I take it there's no need for me to trawl through lists then?
Been keeping up with it on the TorrentFreak comments. Andrew Crossley deserves everything he gets, what a scumbag. He's already had a few tribunals - he's finished now.
Talk Talk and Virgin seem to be the only ISPs worth using, shame I can't cancel my Sky at the mo, boo. -

Whoever you are with it wouldn't make a difefrence. Every ISP would hand over that info with a court order. Sky just were the unlucky ones that were targeted in this particular email leak. -

I love the way she thinks that them being asleep at the time makes any difference. Scheduling to avoid bandwidth limits / quotas says hi.
"Claire says there is no way she or her partner downloaded pornography"
So.. who's going to tell her, then?
Looks like hubby loves a chubby. -

Registered 20 years agoI've just realised that Newsbeat is more a kids news program. I wouldn't be surprised if almost every kid in the country is now searching for Chubby Chasers

Registered 13 years agoIsn't Newsbeat just what Radio 1 call their news? I don't think it's as child-orientated as Newsround. More "for da kidz, innit". -

Where can I obtain this list?! I must name and shame people for being stupid.
Makes me feel all high and mighty.
No really it does.
Where is it?! -

My point was that I don't torrent, so don't think I'd be on the list - I thought it was only torrent users that had been sent letters that are on the list? -

Registered 15 years agoI doubt many of them would have bothered waiting for a court order. Actually... I'd love to try that one day, were it not illegal and all.

Though Virgin and TalkTalk customers were deliberately not targeted due to the fierce opposition those ISPs have about this and the Digital Economy Act, meaning a protracted process and potentially higher costs - so, they went for the easy targets instead.
Also...
A spokesperson for BT-owned PlusNet told BBC News that it had contacted all of its affected customers and were "working with them closely to protect them as much as possible from further exposure" and would be providing them with "an identity protection service including internet security software free of charge for the next 12 months".
Norton or McAfee? That'll make them feel MUCH better
