    Love this article:

No other club in the world would have a manager inviting his successor to his house to tell him he would be retiring and he's the replacement. Really hope Moyes succeeds.

Don't agree with any of this.

It's a widely known fact that Kenny Dalglish invited Brendan Rodgers over for a day visit to his care home days before he succeeded the great man.

Kenny Dalglish invited Joe Kinnear to discuss taking over - as King of Spain and Director of Football at Arsenal.

It's already 'old', but I'm really pleased to see Redmond joining Norwich - and equally happy to see Shelvey opting to join Swansea over us. :D

Toivonen seems to be waiting for a better offer, so hopefully we'll still be in for another striker to partner Van Wolfswinkel before the end of this transfer window. Defoe, perhaps?

Unless you're laughing at the "in the world" part of the post instead of his actual point which was that such a big club would do it this way, I really don't know what you're supposedly loling at.

Come on, seriously? Even if it was true, the self congratulatory and smug tone was vomit inducing

    BAE on Paulinho:

ďI donít know what he looks like. I donít know him, I donít follow this kind of news.

ďItís like two or three years ago, Rafael van der Vaart was there in training one day. I said hello to him but I didnít know he was Rafael van der Vaart.Ē
    :)

Sandro, Paulinho, Dembele. That sounds all right, to me.

I was laughing at the whole thing, because the whole thing is stupid and deluded.

Be interesting to actually have a good long look at Brazil Paul, beyond the Confed Cup.

    Sky are reporting:

    Gosling to Palace.

And, unbelievably, Steven Taylor to QPR. With Remy the Rapist coming in the opposite direction.

N'Koulou (Marseille defender) to replace him. So we'd have 3 CBs, plus Williamson who is likely to leave too. Better hope one of the reserve lads steps up. If true.
