Registered 15 years agoWill have to dig it out on itv player (or catch one of the repeats).
Regarding Suarez, he's a hateful cunt but is clearly the best striker in the league at the moment. Wonderful player. For a cunt.
Edit: He's been so well behaved, an incident is surely round the corner...

I'd say Ibrahimovic. Although very different players, of course.
Hard to judge who's better between Suarez and Ibra at the minute. Ibra is scoring against some shit teams in France but is also producing in the CL and at Intl level this year.
Love to see Ibrahimovic at Utd, and in the Premier league in general. -

Why Everton's Barkley is 'more than the new Gazza'
I hate the way we do this with young talent. Just let them be whatever they're going to be without hyping them to death. -

I love how after the game, the beeb's tweet was full of people saying Barkley is the future and so much netter than Wilshere and now he's the overrated crape for something shiny and new.

I think Wilshire is actually netter than Barkley so far this season no? -

Can you imagine the *London Canons* or *Birmingham Lions* ?
You can understand him wanting to make the club better known but.... Why change a name that's around more than a hundred years?
/United should still be called Newton Heath :'( -

He was rubbish playing at Villa park, Osman came on and completely over shadowed him and changed the game. Not that this is indicative of his overall quality but as a young player he's going to be inconsistent.

But that makes too much sense, and we all know business is run on absolute fucking toss.
On top of everything else that is wrong about it, changing the name to appeal to an international fanbase just isn't going to work. No one outside of Hull is going to be interested in supporting a lower mid table/relegation fodder club.
If anything changing from a classic sounding English name to a trashy and generic American sounding will reduce the identity and international appeal of the brand.

Registered 10 years agoThis has got to be bullshit. No way is Obafemi Martins 29!! -
Has he recently cut a few years off his "age"?
I seem to remember reading he was 28 a couple of seasons ago and balking at it then.
