Well, I'm enjoying every minute immensely :)

I don't blame you! Hope you can beat Liverpool on boxing day to at least make the second half of the season interesting. You deserve it after that bullshit win at Anfield.

There was a really good Leicester fan caller on talksport this morning who said that Liverpool's fixture pile up could fuck them up over xmas. Injuries are starting to creep in now. The mickey mouse world club cup is not worth risking the league over.

I still think they'll deservedly win the league but would be nice if it wasn't over by Christmas.

We were much the better side in the game at Anfield, and it was a clear penalty.

Sure. Hope he's recovered from having his leg brushed against.

At least he went down with some mild contact that time, so he's getting better at cheating.

Nothing wrong with Maguire, he is the least of our problems. Yeah he had a couple of bad games so has everyone else.

Tomorrow will be interesting. Youd think Jose would be well up for it.

    Wednesday.

Maguire's worst two games have probably been Sheff U and Villa. But he was still our best defender in both games.

I like Lindelof but he doesn't have the physical attributes to be a top premier league defender. And he's not good enough on the floor to compensate for that.

Like villa yesterday, he is always targetted with long balls. We lost at home to Palace because of this and I've seen it in loads of games.

I think Smalling should have been given a chance with Maguire. He's obviously doing well in Italy and maybe being partnered with Jones all those years was actually the problem.

Williams also had his worst game yesterday. AWB fine. He's always 7/10.

I was baffled when we decided Smalling was the one to get rid of. I always thought he was our best all round defender, but then I dont expect our centre backs to be great with the ball. He was certainly our best in the air by quite some way. Lindelof on the other hand is a liability In the air.

Lindelof is a non entity in the air. It was comical watching him try to compete with Wesley Moraes yesterday. Andreas and Lindelof trying to double up on him and being swatted aside.

Villa should be pretty ashamed he scored against them given he can't jump.

Mourinho gets sacked to bring in Ole
Poch gets sacked to bring in Mourinho
Mourinho beats Ole to get him sacked
    Poch gets United job

Their strange little cycle would be complete.

    Please let that happen.

Managers do tend to get sacked after derby games, so I imagine the weekend's game will be the one.

Id be quite surprised if Poch took another PL job this quick. United certainly far more plausible than Arsenal, but still, with the Bayern job on the table and the Madrid one likely again before too long, it feels a bit of a long shot.

Ive absolutely no doubt hell go to United at some point but I suspect hell cleanse the palette abroad first.

I would too, especially as he supposedly loses loads of money if he takes one before the end of the season. Doesnt stop me wanting it to happen though.

I really expect him to just hold out for Madrid to be honest.

Its 12.5m which Id imagine would get paid by the club getting him. Not nothing but probably a minor consideration for a club like United.

It's not like the manager is the only problem we have but it's a significant one. I would happily pay that if he had any interest in coming so we could look to start heading in the right direction. It's a bit like masochism watching us at the moment, I know it's going to hurt but I still subject myself to it. It basically ruins Sundays for me as I'm pissed off for the rest of the day. As an added plus I get Wednesday night ruined this week too.

Hmm. Not sure what more VVD could do to win the thing. He has been transformative for Liverpool. Wrong choice imo.

He needs to win the Euros.

Then he'll win it next year.

In 5 years' time we'll all realise just how much we've taken Messi for granted.

    But Messi is the best.

So you have to so something extraordinary as a defender to beat him.

Back-to-back CLs, Prem title, World Club Cup, Euros ought do it.
