It’s really interesting comparing it to Poch’s style. That was much quicker and more attacking, yet somehow more ponderous in the final third.
Jose is more defensive and we sit back much more but the breaks are decisive and deadly. -

Registered 9 years agoReally good performance. City were pretty toothless. Kane smashing it again. Put £2 on at 8-1 for him to get an assist.
Not getting too carried away as we have some tough games coming up. Enjoyed that one though. -
That is probably one of the best defensive performances I have seen from us. Every player was pretty much faultess, but Dier, Toby, Sissoko, N’dombele and Kane were outstanding. Really big performances from those players.
Outside of Kane, PEH is our most important player though, If he carries on as he is, will be one of our best signings we made in recent years. And to think he had one of the worst debuts I seen in recent years too.
