Absolutely backwards that footballers are held to a higher standard than politicians.
But they earn millions! Funny how the free market only works one way.

Personally, I like Squires' Rooney/Poppy panel. Never done a war.

Kids are far more likely to listen to what footballers are saying about ethics than newspapers and politicians. So no wonder the right wing press and politicians don't like the recent amplification of modern footballers being woke via their social media platforms.

It's weird, isn't it? It's almost as if they have some sort of fundamental problem with certain groups of people earning lots of money, and having an opinion on social issues.

"Players need to take a long hard look at themselves and so do I. I will take full responsibility and ultimately it is my job to make this team better and that is on my shoulders.

"There are no excuses. We all have to look in the mirror, not just the players. Team does not have an I in it, it needs everyone pulling together."

I think Phil might be a bit confused about the definition of taking 'full responsibility'.

I think clubs 3rd kits are aimed at kids and hipster types.

See our Zebra kit from last season.

Thereís something of a late 90s goalkeeper top to it for me. I can totally see Shaka Hislop lining up in that with padded elbows.

Never mind the valuation (ridiculous amount for Kane), how can any team begin to evaluate that they have that much money to splurge with covid losses and ffp?

    Ridiculous.

"City are prepared to offer one of Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus, 24, Algeria captain Riyad Mahrez, 30, Portugal midfielder Bernardo Silva, 26, or England attacker Raheem Sterling, 26, as part of a deal to tempt Spurs into selling the England captain."

Tell you what, we'll take all of them. Plus...

Saw a thread last night suggesting it's already done, with Kane telling people at his brother (and agent) wedding. Was very specific to be made up...
