@FuzzyDuck Thanks for the response - was hoping for some improvements after playing the demo! Still plenty of other games to play while Bioware attempt to fix this... |

That sounds like the time I blamed Darksiders for being shit and crashing all the time, until the tenth crash where my 360 red ringed.
that required the PS3 to rebuild its hard drive's database, as it 'may be corrupted' (sigh again!). -

Nothing as dramatic a drop as that, although I did have 100% before I'd been away to America for 2 weeks and when I came back it was at 62%.
How quickly does the Galactic Readiness deteriorate? I've noticed it drop but not paid attention to how much or how fast to be honest. I got it up to 100% in every area just now and I was planning to complete the single player game tomorrow... it won't drop like 10% or something over night will it? -
@king2001
No worries! I only picked it up myself because i found the CE reduced from €85 down to €30, was well aware of the PS3 issues and the 'From Ashes' hoo-haw, so Bioware lost a day 1 sale with me. The framerate issues are a two fold disappointment because of the obvious impact it has on gameplay, but also the fact that there's some phenomenal art design on display that is sullied (and then some) by the abysmal framerate.
@nickthegun
I hope that's not the case! I've clocked up at least another 50 hours on the console since i last played ME3 (mainly Dark Souls and Twisted Metal) with nay bother. Here's hoping anyway! -
This is actually a rather good game isn't it. The balance between 1 and 2 seems acually well thought out and the horde mode is pretty good once you get up a few levels.
Beter than ME2 -
im at the same point in the game. Its very Skyrimmy in the way that you get stuff to do and my Fem shep hasjust banged Traynor in the showerthe cinematics are great and the combat is much more ME1 rather than the same patern of enemies in ME2. the build up hype and marketing for this game was handled badly and the day one DLC didn't help but this is excellent and the price is coming down for the game. -

Registered 9 years agoSo any idea when the extended ending DLC is out?
I want to finish this soon so I can trade it in... -
I dont see what the problm with the ending is for some people. I hink some peeps need to get out more and spend less time playing video games.
This is Star Wars for gamers and its a real blast from beginning to end. Great stuff and far better than ME2. -

Registered 9 years agoI'm right at the end of this and need some clarification please:
So I'm just about to assault the Cerebus base and my EMS bar is full just from single player. I have done everything possible and don't think I missed anything. I have no side-missions left. I'm not sure of the exact number, but I think the bottom line is over 3000. It says my chances are even. From what I understand, I need to get my EMS up to 7000 for the best good ending, so should multiplayer get me there?

yep, each MP match should increase the bar a few percent, about 2-3 hours will probably get you enough

Registered 16 years ago@ZizouFC - getting your readiness up to 100% via multiplayer will double your EMS (assuming readiness is still at the default 50%) but that still won't get you 7000 so you must have missed out on some war assets somewhere.
Have you lots of systems in the galactic map with less than 100% marked next to them? If so, then you you need to go there and so some scanning. -

Registered 13 years agoI thought it was 5000 -
I dunno. i was at 90% readiness with a full green bar. Did most of the side missions. i only paid attention to the galactic readiness thing. If you have already banged or lezzed i up with traynor you wont get near anyone else and your chosen love interest will visit you before you launch the attack on cerberus oh and couldn't find the Elcor flotilla as it would not show up on scans

Listening to a webinar that has an audio quality that makes the presenter sound like a Turian.
It's like having Garrus talk about Sales CRM. -

Registered 15 years agoIt's 5000 for the best ending, though you can also get away with 4000 from what I've heard provided you meet certain conditions.
The second spoiler tagged bit above is a bug. The Eclor Flotilla from the quest "Elcor Extraction" won't appear if you've already completed the quest "Code of the Ancients" - if you have completed that quest, all you need to do is zone to a different area and speak to the ambassador again and the quest will update immediately to include the Flotilla in the War Assets. -

Registered 8 years agojust started this yesterday, and immediately disappointed as my Shepherd looks rather different in ME3 from how she has looked in 1/2.
Is this a known bug / something going to be fixed in the next title update, or if not, is there a way of solving the problem (360 version) -
Known bug. If you google it you should be able to find a solution (that also works on 360 but you'll require a PC). -

thanks, I'd seen that solution, but didn't really fancy using a modding tool. -

Registered 8 years agowith multiplayer, is there a specific story point at which is starts to make sense to play MP?
I've just taken control of the Normandy for the first time / visited the war room / talked to everyone, so I'm assuming this seems like a logical point at which to start building resources, just thought I'd see if there's a more obvious point later on... -

I haven't come across Tali yet but I very much looking forward to coming across Tali (if you know what I mean)
